
Paul S. Likhari, M.S., B.S.
Paul Likhari has been an integral part of the pharmaceutical industry in research and development for over 27 years. He is well known for his development of streamlined methods and his efficient management of laboratory operations. Mr. Likhari has developed over 150 analytical procedures for drugs in biological fluids. He has helped in completion of the analytical portion of more than 1600 bioavailability and bioequivalent studies. He has sound knowledge of GLP and GMP and has published several papers in collaboration with Schering Research Scientists. Mr. Likhari is an active member of AAPS since 1990. He has served as chief executive and chief scientific officer for Bioassay laboratory, Inc., Houston, Texas, from april 1990 to present. Prior to Bioassay lab, he was engaged with Radian Corporation, Austin, Texas serving as a group leader bioanalytical services. He served as executive laboratory director in PharmaKinetic Labs, Inc.,Maryland during 1986-1988. Mr. Likhari had also worked with Back River Environmental & Pollution Lab, Maryland in 1981-1982, as a senior chemist responsible for GC/MS operations and EPA test. Prior to that, he was with Barre-National Pharmaceutical, Inc., Maryland, during 1976-1979 and C.E. Fulford (Shering-Plough), Bombay, India during 1974-1975.
Dr Howard Maibach
Dr. Howard Maibach practices Dermatological imunology/DiagnosticLaboratory, Dermatopathology, Dermatology and Surgery - Other in San Francisco, California. Dr. Maibach has been on the editorial boards of over 30 scientific journals and is a member of 19 professional societies including the American Academy of Dermatology, San Francisco Dermatological Society, and the International Commission on Occupational Health. Has written and lectured extensively on dermatotoxicology and dermatopharmacology. His current research programs include defining the chemical-biologic faces of irritant dermatitis and the study of percutaneous penetration. He also sees patients at the Environmental Dermatoses Clinic (of the Dermatology Clinic),mostly providing second opinions on allergic contact dermatitis.
