Vijay Patel, Executive Director
Mr. Patel brings in 18 years of experience in Marketing and Management.  He was a founder and CEO of an eLearning Company, Vis-a-vis Inc., providing eLearning content to the fortune 100 Companies in USA. He also founded an entertainment division to market children’s stories and license merchandising. He has worked with Autodesk, Inc., a leading software giant in Silicon Valley. He was responsible to market animation and special effects products for the Asia Pacific region from China to Australia.  Prior to joining Autodesk he was a Chairperson of Bachelors’ Degree program at California Accredited, Cogswell College.  He has Bachelor of Science in Business, Master of Science in Advertising, and Associate in Computer Animation.

Naveen Sharma, Sr. VP - Operations
Mr Sharma brings in over 12 years of research experience.  He has work experience in bioanalytics, pharmacokinetics and pharmaceutics for PK, BE studies. As a part of research team, he investigated a number of bioavailability, bioequivalence, pharmacokinetic and toxicokinetic studies and prepared pharmacokinetic, analytical and method validation reports for regulatory submissions. He also handled advanced instruments like HPLC, LC/MS/MS. Prior to BA Mr Sharma was with Aurobindo Pharma Ltd. He also worked with Lupin Labs and Ranbaxy Research Labs. He has M. Pharm in Pharmaceutics from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi
 

Azire Pacheco, Director, Global Project Management

Ms. Pacheco brings 20 years of experience in customer service and management.  Prior to joining our team, she was a Department Head with Apotex Inc. responsible for the creation of a new Unit, CRO Client Services and ensuring effective relationships with all CROs. She brings experience in strategic planning, project management methodologies, documentation, and organizational skills.  Her commitment and dedication to meeting the needs of our clients and providing the highest level of service will be invaluable to our organization's success.

Dr. Simran Sethi, Head Clinic - Ahmedabad
Dr. Sethi has over 9 years of clinical research experience. She has experience in managing the clinical pharmacological unit and by providing technical know how for the conduct in conformance with GCP and other regulatory requirements. She also managed and coordinated international Phase II, III and IV Clinical Trials. She has clinical experience in multispeciality hospitals in various departments.  Prior to BA she worked with Fortis Clinical Research Limited, Eli Lilly India Ltd and Neeman Medical International Asia.

Anita Kaul, QA Director
Mrs Kaul has over 18 years of experience in research. She has experience in implementing policies and procedures to maintain the regulatory compliance of the organization, conducting internal audits to assure the level of compliance to established procedures, protocols and regulations, assuring that quality staff is properly trained on current, applicable industry and regulatory standards. Prior to BA, she served as Asst. Director-Quality Assurance at Dabur Research Foundation. She has also worked with Ranbaxy Research Laboratories and All India Institute of Medical Sciences, previously. She has M.Sc. in Biochemistry from Panjab University.

Rahul Nijhawan, Group Leader - Analytical Lab
Mr Rahul Nijhawan has 7 years of experience in analytical research. He serves as a project manager and responsible for supervising method development, validation and sample analysis for bioequivalence studies using LC-MS/MS and HPLC systems in conformance to GLP guidelines and in-house SOPs. He is well versed with the operation and maintenance of PE SCIEX API 300, API 3000 and API 4000 and Shimadzu HPLC systems, for Bioanalytical purpose. Prior to BA he worked with Ranbaxy Research Labs. He has M.Pharm in pharmaceutics

Hitesh Chauhan, Biostatistician-Pharmacokinetics & Biostatistics
Mr Chauhan has 9 years of experience in handling Statistical analysis & report writing for Phase-I, III, IV studies. He provides inputs for protocol and CRF design, Randomization, Sample size estimation, basic data management, statistical analysis and report writing as per regulatory requirement for clinical trials and BA/BE studies. He has experience in various therapeutic areas like Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Respiratory, Arthritis, Gastrointestinal, skin and psychiatry. He served to Novartis International Clinical Development Centre India (NICCI), Wockhardt Ltd and Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd. previously. He has M. Sc. in Statistics

Ms Shah has 8 years of clinical research experience. Previously she was with Lambda Therapeutic Research and prior to that with Synchron Research. She has good experience in Quality Assurance, GLP & Bioequivalence.

Dr. Bhasker Vyas - Director Pathology Lab
Dr. Bhasker Vyas carries over 33 years of experience in research. He serves as a Director and chief technical officer for Ashish Pathology lab (APL) since1975. He has also rendered services to Indian Space Organization (ISRO), Physical Research Laboratory (PRL), Institute of Plasma Research (IPR), Oil and Natural Gas Commission (ONGC), Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), Pharmaceutical Companies, CROs.
